Warranty Terms and Conditions

We provide a 30 Days Australia wide warranty. In the unlikely event that there is a fault with your device that may have been caused by us or that we may have missed, we will try to repair or replace it and if we are not able to do either; then we will provide a refund. Please let us know if you encounter any issues within the 30 days as there can be an additional charge thereafter.

Returns

Please place orders with careful consideration, as we do not provide refunds for change of mind. However if you would like an alternative device of a different model and size then please reach out to us and we can arrange an exchange. (Return and difference in value of devices will have to be at the expense of the buyer)
